1. Low suction at brush end? It is NORMAL, as our suction is to pull the pet hairs from brush comb teeth only, not directly from pet body which is harmful.

2. [How to repair a loose or broken off cuff]:If hose cuff is off, add a little bit PVC cement (like PVC purple primer + PVC Pipe Cement). We have used on brands: for Miele* (C1 fit hose and wand, C2 fit hose handle, C3 fit wand), for Shop-Vac* (fits hose sizes models at 1.25”, 1.5”, but not 2.5” ones), for Kirby* (use suction control grip to connect). How to connect and assemble at use

	Pet gets nervous?		Turn the vacuum cleaner off.
If your pet is nervous when vacuum is in use, try grooming with the vacuum cleaner off.		Groom your pets until fur is built up on our Vacuum Grooming Brush.

	Turn the vacuum cleaner on to have hair vacuum way.		Repeat until all excess hair is removed.
Turn the vacuum on and press the trigger to have hair vacuum away by your vacuum cleaner.		Turn the vacuum off and repeat the process until your pet is thoroughly groomed. With repeated use, your pet will be trained to accept and enjoy the process.
