Installation Process
New generation garage flooring
Concrete ground
Special adhesive
1.
Grind and thoroughly clean the concrete surface. Corners and
edges are prepared using handheld grinders.
2.
Repair all visible cracks using proprietary repair resin reinforced
with corrugated steel strips.
3.
Grind repaired areas flush and prepare the entire substrate.
4.
Treat oil-contaminated areas with a specialized primer
before installing the flooring.
5.
After the adhesive has fully cured, seal all joints and perimeter edges
using welding rods or specialized joint sealant. Structural adhesive is
applied where the flooring meets equipment or fixed structures.
6.
Walkable after 12 hours, Vehicle traffic after 24 hours (If your product
actually requires 48 hours, update this to remain consistent throughout
your presentation.)
